Sandra Burga, M.Arch, CID, MBA

Managing Director | Development, Design & Construction

Sandra Burga brings more than 25 years of experience across development, design, construction and project leadership. Her multidisciplinary background combines design, business and construction, allowing her to guide projects from early feasibility and development strategy through design, permitting, budgeting and construction.

Her experience spans residential and multifamily development, hospitality, healthcare, commercial and institutional projects, including complex capital programs and more than $1 billion in project experience.

Octavio Rezende

Senior Designer | Residential & Hillside Design

Octavio Rezende brings more than 40 years of design experience, with particular expertise in custom residential and complex hillside projects. He holds a degree in Architecture from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and began his career in hospitality design with Hirsch Bedner.

His extensive background spans custom homes, hillside residences, hospitality, interiors, furniture and yacht design. His experience is particularly valuable on challenging sites, where thoughtful design must respond to topography, views, site constraints and the individual needs of each project.

Octavio brings a highly experienced design perspective to the Plantek West team, developing distinctive solutions that balance design, functionality and constructability from early concepts and site planning through design development.
