Permitting and Plan Submittal Management in Los Angeles and Orange County
Most schedule loss happens in plan check, not on site. We prepare complete submittal packages, track corrections, and coordinate the fire, health, public works and utility clearances that quietly hold projects for months. This is permit expediting done properly: expediting the parts of plan check that can be expedited, and telling you honestly which parts cannot.

Questions people ask before hiring
How long does plan check take in Los Angeles?
First review commonly runs four to eight weeks for residential and six to twelve for commercial, with each correction cycle adding two to six weeks. Complete first submittals are the single biggest lever on that timeline.
What is the difference between a permit set and a construction set?
A permit set carries what the jurisdiction needs to approve code compliance. A construction set adds the detail, specifications and coordination a builder needs to price and build accurately. Skipping the second one is where change orders come from.
